Fly Flags You Are Purchasing:
OGS offers the option of having the flag(s) you purchase flown over the New York State Capitol at no extra charge. Each flag flown over the Capitol is mailed with a certificate for the recipient. If you would like OGS to customize the certificate, please fill out the name(s) in "Names on Certificate" box in online check-out.

Fly Flags You Already Own:
OGS will also arrange to have a flag that you already own flown over the New York State Capitol.

Note: Flags cannot be flown on weekends, holidays, or when flags are at half staff. See the current flag directive.
